Ahhh frustration! I've been at it for three hours now and i've just now gotten about 95% of my intro done. At least it's something I think i'm gonna go to bed and sleep in until ~~noon~~ 6:30. Bah, I had to cancel my plans for tomorrow because I get to work on more R.M. Oh shit, I think I forgot about Spanish homework. Homework is sexy. really? Really. it's 4:15. Better turn on my alarm. I was listening to this song today that had this continious siren sound in the background and it freaked me out because I looked around and when I turned down the radio to hear it, it was gone. Why the F can't I sleep at night?

Yeah, so this has been going on for a while but lately I can't sleep at night. Actually i'm not even that tired but during the day I can't seem to keep my eyes open. I don't eat the healthiest so it's a possible that I might need more Vitamin C in my diet or any for that matter. Orange juice perhaps? My work schedule is mostly nights and school is days. The only days I can sleep in past 8 are Fridays and Saturdays. Sunday and Monday I have turn around shifts. This sort of leaves the problem for getting homework done because I tell you when I have the norning off I usually end up taking afternoon naps after sleeping in til' noon or later. Today I intended to work on school stuff in the Student Union. I got some coffee and fell aslep! WTH? The day before I worked in the computer lab for four hours then only had time to eat and shower and went straight to work until 11pm, couldn't sleep (of course) and stayed up til about 3 am. I mean I understand people do this all the time but i'm getting irritated with being so sleepy where I have to decide if i'm gonna be OK to drive a car home. It's getting rediculous.

To be honest sometimes I feel more comfortable sleeping during the day and being out at night. It's weird and I don't know it's almost like i'm afraid to go to sleep at night so I use what I can to distract myself until i'm too zonked out to remain conscious for the remainded of the night. Make sense? yes? No?

*sigh* I know I overanalyze every situation but sometimes I wonder if there is some hidden underlying reason that I can't sleep at night and sleep during the day. I wonder if i'm having bad dreams that i'm subconsciously trying to forget? Psychology is SO my major.

On a completely unrelated note: Does anyone know how to shortcut symbols or accents without a keypad? I have a laptop and if I need to use an accent for a name I usually have to find somewhere to cut & paste.

So yesterday Kristina, Brett and I went and saw Rent. It was AWESOME! I forgot how much I love that musical. The cast was amazing. I really liked the Maureen and Mimi cast members. Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp were both there and that was just made of win! The singing was fantastic, I don't think anyone sounded off a beat! I was really impressed with pretty much everything. I would have to say my favorite scene was "The tango Maureen" and I don't even care too much for that scene in the movie, but it was just so entertaining and brilliant! I was very excited to finally see the voice mail scene which was cut out of the movie, of course. I am somewhat familiar with the original cast soundtrack but it's been such a long time. I was on such a high by the end of the night. That musical always puts me in the greatest mood. I don't know what it is but it just makes you feel like life is too short, so live it up! The greatest part was when I got to meet some of the cast members outside during a autograph signing. I got the guy who played Benny, Mimi (she was adorable) and Mark's (Anthony Rapps) signature. I took a pic with Anthony but unfortunately when I handed Kristina my camera it was on a stupid setting that made everything look all warped so he looked like he had two heads. grr. Oh well it's sort of legible..I think. i'll post it later and y'all can decide :D I convinced my parents to go see it, they're going on Sat! Anyway, It was an excting night! I should look at my program and use the other cast members proper names but i'm too lazy ATM.. and it is 3:30 am? wtf when did that happen?

So on that happy note i'm going to bed.

Is she really writing an entry? Like zomg!! The other night I went to my cousins birthday dinner and we went to an Indian Restraunt, I was soo nervous, I never had Indian food before in my entire life! It was pretty good though, i'm still not sure if I liked it through and through but there was this really thin rice and the sauce which was described "yogurt-like" tasted pretty damn good. Then we had entertainment from a belly dancer. All of a sudden the music got loud and she comes out shaking and everything then a few songs later she has props like a sword and she's balancing it on her belly? Wtf mate? It was kind of funny because my other cousins girlfriends son (whos like 6 and adorable) was trying to give her a tip and kept dropping the money. You had to like pull her strap and literally stick it in. (no innuendo intended I sweareth.) That was fun. It kind of sucked because my mom and I thought that my cousin's husband was going to pay for everyone since he invited us, I don't know it's usually that way. Somehow it ended up being 22 dollars split? That didn't make sense. Oh well I hope we gave them a good tip.

So tomorrow morning I have to work ~~even though I shouldn't have to~~ and should probably get to bed soon, but will I? Good question, probably not. I'll just sit here and be bitter about how my work hours are screwed up and do nothing to change it. Yeah, probably.

It's 3:30 am..why am I still up? Christmas was a lot of fun. Lots of confusion we didn't know who was coming over when. We were in the middle of doing our traditional opening presents and people came over so we had to stop.
